Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt recently wrapped up the first schedule shoot of their upcoming film 'Brahmastra' in Bulgaria. 

Dharma Production's official Instagram handle shared a picture of the star-cast and director and revealed that the first schedule of the film is wrapped up. The caption of the pic read, "It's a wrap on the first schedule for Brahmastra & the journey has only just begun."

The shoot for Bulgaria started over a month ago and reportedly high octane action sequences have also been shot in some picturesque spine-chilling frosty locations of Bulgaria. 

Brahmastra is a fantasy adventure trilogy that also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, Ranbir's mother Neetu Kapoor along with the lead Alia and Ranbir. Mouni Roy and Neetu Kapoor also joined the film's cast in Bulgaria.

The first part of Brahmastrais is slated to release in August 2019. Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt will be next seen in Meghna Gulzar's 'Raazi' opposite Vicky Kaushal while she will also be seen in Zoya Akhtar's 'Gully Boy' with Ranveer Singh. Whereas, Ranbir Kapoor who was previously seen in 'Jagga Jasoos' has Sanjay Dutt biopic awaited for release.
