The makers of Varun Dhawan and Anushka Sharma starrer 'Sui Dhaaga Made in India' are out with an insightful videos showcasing the hidden heroes in the world of embroidery.

We are taken to Assam where the richest of Silk is fabricated. Entrepreneur Sanjyukta Dutta from Guwahati runs a handloom factory which manufactures pure silk saree which are worn by the celebrities as well. It is Varun giving away all the details with his voice over showcasing the journey of a well-established entrepreneur not known to the world. We are made familiar with the process of manufacturing silk which requires tremendous effort and hard work and also treating her labourers quite well like a family. Click here to watch the video. 

The next hero excels in traditional 'Rabari' stitching from Rajasthan conducted by small tribal people who migrated from Sindh to Kutch around 400 years ago. The stitching method of Rabari includes ethnic designs hand stitched with glass work over it. Under the leadership of Pabi ben who introduces the ideology of designing this artwork. Coming from the ghats of Nilgiri Tamil Nadu a tribe name 'Toda' is unknown to the world but the whole world is known to them. These are the heroes who produce world-class shawls purely handmade. Click here to watch the video. 

Lets us now take a look at the not much-known village Pipli from Odisha that sets a beautiful traditional method of stitching called by the name of the place itself. Their work showcases the stories of Mahabharata and mythological tales. Meet the heroes from Pipli and take a look at the art work here.   

Last but not the least we are taken to the heaven on earth Kashmir where an old traditional handcraft work called Kashid is introduced to us. The world famous artwork is one of the most expensive ones but workers just get 200 - 250 bucks after hours of effort. It is Moheed a 19-year old took the traditional Kashid stitching art form to a whole next level by his startup Kashmirbox.com; giving many Kashmiri women and the old artists employment and their share of the money.
