It is the title track of J.P. Dutta's upcoming war drama 'Paltan' which was released on 13 August. This song full of brotherhood and love for nature is filmed on the leads Sonu Sood, Gurmeet Choudhary, Harshvardhan Rane, Siddhant Kapoor, Luv Sinha and Arjun Rampal as they march on together in the snowy terrain with the heart that beats for the nation.

Performed by Divya Kumar, Irrfan, Adarsh and Khuda Baksh who sing this one thoroughly with a lot of heart. While the patriotic lines are penned by Javed Akhtar and the composition of Anu Malik suits the narrative of the music video. Every troop from the batallion is moving forward unstoppably and singing 'Paltan O paltan, tere liye laye hum tann mann'. Click here to watch Paltan's title track.

The song is reportedly shot at Khardung La Pass in Ladakh in minus 20-degree celsius temperature. Moreover, the film also stars Jackie Shroff,  Luv Sinha and Siddhant Kapoor and is based on 1967 Nathu La military clashes. It tells the story of those unsung heroes of the Indian forces who fought against Chinese infiltration of Sikkim.

This will be Dutta's third war film after commercially and critically acclaimed Border (1997) and LOC Kargil (2003). The film also has Esha Gupta, Sonal Chauhan, Deepika Kakar and Monica Gill as part of the cast. 'Paltan' is slated to release in cinemas on 7 September.
