'Rowdy Rathore 2' is in talks as costume designer turned film-maker Sabina Khan will be marking her debut as a producer. The audiences gave a great response to the Akshay Kumar starrer 'Rowdy Rathore' which was a thorough mass entertainer. Now, the script for its sequel is finally ready and the 'Padmaavat' fame director Sanjay Leela Bhansali who will be co-producing the film along with Shabina.
Talking about this Shabana said, "It is ready. The writing took some time from Mr Vijayendra Prasad. Now we are ready. Mr Bhansali and I co-produced. I am just waiting for him to approve the script and then we will move on." It will be sooner or later that the producers on board would confirm the news officially.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Sabina Khan is also marking a producer debut on small screen with 'Zindagi Ke Crossroads' that is set to premiere on Sony Entertainment Television on June 6.
Talking about it Sabina said, "I loved the concept. If you want to stand out, you have to do something different. That's what I am trying, I will (do more TV shows) but I will do things which… my funda in life is that I want to do things which I will enjoy watching too. Even while making 'Rowdy…', my first film, I thought that I would have given Rs 500 to buy a ticket to watch that film.''
