Rohit Shetty has yet another addition to his cop drama 'Sooryavanshi'. Rohit has roped in actor Abhimanyu Singh to play an antagonist, who is unpredictable as well as deadly. The said actor has already started shooting for the film and has complimented the way Shetty made him comfortable on their very first collaboration. 

While sharing his shooting experience, he said in a statement, "It's an interesting role. Akshay sir and I have known each other for a while now and it has been a great shoot from the first day. It was a serious scene and we had to complete it in a day, which we did. It was lovely shooting with Akshay sir and Rohit sir made me feel as if we have known each other for years."

Abhimanyu made his Bollywood debut in the year 2001 with Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's 'Aks' and he recently starred in late actress Sridevi's successful film 'Mom'. This Rohit's cop drama will also see his previous two leading pairs from the cop universe such as Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan of 'Singham Returns' and Ranveer Singh-Sara Ali Khan of 'Simmba'.
