Filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor, fondly called as Gattu by his close buddies, recently experienced acute pain in his back. 

Abhishek, who has been famous for his films like 'Rock On' and 'Kai Po Che' was recently in news for his upcoming film 'Fitoor' starring Aditya Roy Kapur and Katrina Kaif. 

The pre-production work of the film is going on in full swing and the whole team was excited for the shoot. But their excitement was toned down as the captain of their ship is down with acute pain. 

Abhishek was all set to attend a Hollywood film screening, but just when he was about to leave, he experienced bad pain in his back. 

A doctor was called upon and it was said that he was suffering due to back spasm. The director has been advised complete bed rest for a couple of weeks. 

Many feared that due to this the film which was supposed to start in August will be postponed. 

But Abhishek cleared the air over the rumour. He claimed that he will be back on his feet within no time and the work won't suffer due to his physical condition.
