Actor Suresh aka Sriranjan, who was returning from a night-long film shoot, hit three vehicles — two autorickshaws and a two wheeler — injuring four persons on Poonamallee High Road on Sunday morning.
Suresh, a visual communications student, who made his acting debut by playing the lead role in a recent film Theni Mavattam, is currently producing a film on his own.
Suresh was arrested and further investigations are on.
