One more actor is all set to join the bandwagon of actors-turned-producers. He is Nandha, the 'Punnagai Poove', 'Urchagam' and 'Eeram' actor, who was last seen playing a tough police officer in 'Vellore Maavattam'.

He is currently playing the lead role besides producing a film. The movie is yet to be titled and the plans for the film are materializing quite fast.  'Shooting will be over by February 2012 and the film will hit the screens two months after that,' he says.

On being quizzed for venturing into production after making his mark as an actor, he says, 'It is my longtime dream to produce movies. When I came across the script of this film, which is based on a real life incident, I decided to produce it on my own.'

Nandha, who played a role with negative shades in 'Vandhan Vendraan', adds:  I don't want the movie to be funded by another producer, since the script might have to undergo certain compromises. The film doesn't have a heroine.'
