Post 'Rangam', Piaa Bajpai was not seen much in Tollywood as well as Kollywood. The reason is that the pretty lass is busy doing projects in Mollywood, an industry known for dishing out quality movies.

'Yes, I was busy shooting for Malayalam films. After the stupendous success of 'Rangam' in Telugu and Tamil (as 'Ko'), many offers knocked my door. However I politely denied them since there was not much difference between my 'Rangam' role and the new offers,' she says.

Piaa adds: 'There is no point in doing stereotype characters. I want to prove myself as a talented actress and for that, I would love to do different movies. So I could not say no when interesting offers came my way from Mollywood.'

Saying that she is ready to do Telugu and Tamil projects, Piaa adds: 'The only criteria that the role should be different, meaningful and should give me enough scope to show my skills.'
