Adele has called her double win at tonight's 2012 Brit Awards "amazing."
The Someone Like You singer is continuing her successful streak and picked up the prizes for Best British Female Solo Artist and MasterCard British Album of the Year.
The 23-year-old singer's hugely popular album 21 has now sold over 17 million copies worldwide and has been number one in 24 countries.
She took home six Grammys at the American music ceremony earlier this month but was happy to be on home turf tonight.
"It's been an amazing year," Adele said as she accepted her first trophy at the O2 Arena in London. "Thank you. I'd like to thank my record company for letting me be the kind of artist I want to be."
She accepted her second prize by saying that she was "proud to be flying our flag."
Adele performed on stage for just the second time since she had throat surgery last year.
Ed Sheeran picked up the Best Male Solo Artist and Best British Breakthrough Act awards.
Meanwhile, Coldplay walked away with the Best British Group prize.
Blur won the Outstanding Contribution to Music honour and closed out the show by performing their hit Girls & Boys.
