Ajith played the mediator to solve a problem between actor Arya and director Suka, to facilitate the smooth release of 'Padithurai'. Arya is producing this film under his banner, but it is yet to be released owing to some problems between him and the director.

When Ajith came to know of this, he immediately intervened and negotiated between the two to ensure that 'Padithurai' is released as soon as possible. With this film being in the cans for a long time, Suka, who had first trained under director Balu Mahendra, is eager to get it released and so Arya feels the same way.

With the negotiations turning out to be successful, we can expect the film to come out any time this year.
