Actor Ajmal's career was expected to zoom after the success of K V Anand's "Ko" where he had a meaty role and one which was much appreciated. However, things didn't go on expected lines and Ajmal's growth seems to have been stalled.

Reports have it that the actor now has plans to return with his next film which is titled "Vetri Selvan". Radhika Apte who has acted in Ram Gopal Varma's films, is touted to be his heroine.

'The film is directed by Ruthran, a well-known ad film maker,' Ajmal was quoted as saying.

The actor was also busy shooting in Tollywood for "Rachaa" with Ram Charan Teja and Tamannaah Bhatia and a Malayalam film which is a remake of an old classic.
