The makers of 'Fanney Khan' have just revamped one of the classy vintage songs of Shammi Kapoor titled 'Badan Pe Sitaare'. This time it is Anil Kapoor shown as the 61-year old in a glittering golden jacket and a bell bottom jeans lip-syncing the song in his own style and expressions.

Although comparing it with original won't be fair as this revamped version performed by Sonu Nigam lacks energy and its tempo was slightly slow in comparison to the original one. Though we are left to the character of Fanney Khan who is passionately performing the songs re-living the moment with a lot of euphoria. The film stars Anil Kapoor as Fanney Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as Baby Singh, Rajkummar Rao as Adhir, Divya Dutta as Kavita Sharma, Karan Singh Chhabra as Karan Kakkad, Pihu Sand as Lata Sharma and Anaitha Nair as Rhea.

Fanney Khan is a remake of the Dutch film Everybody's Famous! which was nominated in the category of Best Foreign Language Film at the 73rd Academy Awards. The music of the film is composed by Amit Trivedi and will play an important part in this musical drama. Helmed by Atul Manjrekar, Fanney Khan is slated to release on August 3.
