(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Amanda Seyfried has an obscene sense of humour, her co-star has revealed.

The actress appears alongside Max Irons in new movie Red Riding Hood, in which she plays a young girl who upsets her family by falling for an orphaned woodcutter. The film is set in a medieval village that is terrorised by a werewolf and is directed by Catherine Hardwicke.

Even though Amanda plays a wide-eyed teenager in the film, Max says the 25-year-old is far more risqu in real life.

"She's crazy. She's got an obscene sense of humour, Max told UsMagazine.com at the Hollywood premiere for Red Riding Hood. Filthy, but she's kind and she's got time for you. And the fact that she's been doing it so much longer, more successfully than I have, the fact that she kind of humours me with, Who are those guys?, What do they do? It's nice."

Amanda has also spoken out about playing Valerie in the dark fantasy film. The actress was thrilled to be directed by Catherine, who previously worked on Twilight. She felt inspired by the filmmakers enthusiasm and vision for the movie.

She has good taste, she has a good eye, Amanda told Extra. She's magical and passionate and energised beyond belief."

The star went on to reveal she wasnt allowed to wear the famous red cloak outside the set in case paparazzi got a shot of it. Amanda admits she finds it annoying that she is constantly followed by photographers, but she finds it satisfying when they miss out on snapping her doing anything interesting.

"The paparazzi, they don't really encroach on my personal life. They catch me doing mundane things... going to the gym, dropping my dog off at day care, getting a facial... Then when I am out at dinner with certain people they never catch me, its great because they are idiots! Amanda laughed. They wait outside my house and I just smile because they hate that."
