'Thugs of Hindostan' starring Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Katrina Kaif in the lead  went on floors just a few days back. The shooting took place in Malta and we got a glimpse of it when Fatima shared pictures on her social media platforms. Now it is reported that Amitabh Bachchan has wrapped up the first schedule of the film and he announced the news via Twitter. He tweeted, "T 2469 - Back to base .. travelling now after completion of my first schedule of TOH ..!"

He also shared a funny incident on his blogpost which reads, "The unit of TOH gathers about me in numbers .. I wonder what it could be .. I think and apprehend some wrong that may have happened .. they all stand in silence .. I in apprehension .. looking about .. Then the Director steps out from the largish crew crowd and speaks : ‘Its a wrap for Mr Bachchan for this schedule !” .. And everyone breaks into loud applause and cheers .."

He also mentioned that he will soon start shooting for his next film '102 Not Out' with Rishi Kapoor. 'Thugs of Hindostan' directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya is slated for a Diwali 2018 release.
