(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Andy Garcia believes eating lamb causes him to have strange dreams.

The well-respected actor has appeared in many box office hits in his career, including The Godfather: Part III for which he received an Oscar nomination - and Ocean's Eleven.

Although a major success in his chosen field, Andy has revealed he often struggles to have a good nights sleep. The 54-year-old has confessed that he often suffers from the same reoccurring dream which shakes him to the core.

Actually, I had this dream recently of flying, of soaring into the sky just like Superman. Ive had that dream more than once its quite exhilarating and disturbing at the same time, he told Total Film magazine.

Although perplexed over its meaning, Andy thinks he knows what causes him to have these specific dreams. He cites a hearty meal, including a serving of lamb, as the main culprit behind the fantasies.

Perhaps its related to what youve eaten. Last time I had the dream, I had had a lamb dinner late at night, he added. (C) Cover Media
