Anna Paquin is reportedly having twins.

The actress and her husband Stephen Moyer have confirmed she is pregnant, with new claims they will be welcoming two children.

The pair both appear on vampire TV show True Blood and their co-star Sam Trammell has seemingly announced the news.

"I'm so excited for them," he told Us Weekly. "We sent them a special gift. It's so interesting that True Blood has become, like, the 'twins' show."

Sam has 11-month-old twin sons with his partner Missy Yager.

Anna and Stephen's babies will be born in the fall and Sam has been giving the father-to-be tips on how to look after two kids.

"It's harder, having twins, but it's all we know. So we're trying to impart some decent wisdom," he said. "I told them to hold on tight!"

Stephen has two children from a previous relationship and recently said he can't wait to add to his family.

"It's always amazing," he said. "I love my kids so much. And I think that the fact that Anna is pregnant just adds more crazy to the bundle of fun."
