Arunoday Singh, the hunky star from 'Yeh Saali Zindagi' and 'Aisha', is all set to romance Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Madhur Bhandarkar's forthcoming film 'Heroine'. Of late, there were lots of speculations over the romantic lead in the film. While it was rumored that Madhur will rope in either Ranbir Kapoor, Imran Khan or Prateik Babbar, unfortunately, it is none of them who will romance Ash. Arunoday, who had won accolades for his work in 'Yeh Saali Zindagi', has beaten them in the race. The role which was earlier touted to be that of an aspiring actor, who uses Ash's character as a ladder in his career too, is untrue. It is now made clear that the character Arunoday will play is of a cricketer. The world is full of examples of romance stories between a film star and a cricketer. It is this facet of the glamour world that Madhur wants to explore with such a character's inclusion in the film.
Arunoday feels that lady luck is smiling on him as he has been lucky enough to bag coveted films ('Yeh Saali Zindagi' and 'Heroine') at such an early stage of his career. He couldn't believe the fact that he will be romancing Aishwarya Rai Bachchan on-screen and is over the moon these days.
Well, now that the cast has been finalized and everything has fallen into place, we hope Madhur's woes for his film 'Heroine' ends here and he's able to smoothly kick start the shooting of the film.
