(Cover) - EN Star Style - Ben Barnes loves it when people praise his dedication to smart style.
The 29-year-old actor enjoys wearing a tailored coat and a traditional white shirt and thinks the sleek look is a great expression of his personality.
However, Ben - who is best known as Prince Caspian in the Chronicles of Narnia films - doesnt like posing for photoshoots because he starts to feel vain, which he thinks is bad for the soul.
"If this is my perceived style, that's brilliant. I'm Burberry in a park!" he said, when wearing a heavy grey jacket by Burberry Prorsum. "I don't do many shoots. You can't, otherwise you get too self-conscious. It's like when you go the gym. You enjoy the first few times, but then start thinking, 'All I do is lift something heavy and put it down where I found it. I've achieved nothing.
The brown-haired star is currently performing a stage adaption of Sebastian Faulkss wartime novel Birdsong.
However, Ben says he much preferred the wardrobe for his role as journalist Neil McCormick in the film Killing Bono, admitting that he was quite partial to donning leather trousers.
"It was amazing messing about in Belfast wearing leather trousers," Ben said. "I made a complete fool of myself, which comes quite naturally. Playing the clown of the group is my role with my friends." (C) Cover Media
