'Bombay Talkies' to have a 'Bachchan Anthem'

Busy gearing up for the upcoming film 'Bombay Talkies' which marks 100 years of Indian cinema, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap's short film (in the film) has a special song dedicated to supestar Amitabh Bachchan.

It is a tribute to the actor who has been enticing the Indian as well as international audiences with his awesome performance onscreen. The song is called the 'Bachchan Anthem'.

The song will have lots of kids, dressed in different avatars donned by Big B over the years in his movies.

Here is an excerpt from the anthem - "Sitaaron ki shaan hai jo, vo Bachchan, cinema ka imaan hai jo, vo bachchan, reelon se dilon tak, aya re aya re... chhaaya re, bachcha bachcha gaaye, from bachpan bachpan."

Composed by Amit Trivedi and choreographed by Remo D'Souza, the video will feature children dancing with several of Big B's stills from his iconic films in the backdrop.

'Bombay Talkies' is a movie comprising of four short films directed by Anurag, Karan Johar, Zoya Akhtar and Dibakar Banerjee. The film is slated to release on May 3.
