Brad and Angelina want remote' wedding

18th April 2012

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie reportedly want to marry in the "most remote place" possible.

The Hollywood couple have been together for around seven years and raise six children together. They confirmed they are engaged at the end of last week, with Brad rumoured to have splashed out as much as $1 million on a ten carat ring for his fiance.

Although the pair have remained quiet about their wedding plans, it's been suggested they have already made some decisions.

It was widely speculated they might tie the knot in their French chateau, but that is seemingly wide of the mark.

"[It will happen] when people least expect it. It will be totally private - no big, splashy wedding - and will only include their kids and immediate family It likely will happen in the most remote place they can think of, like Africa or Southeast Asia," a source told Chicago Sun-Times.

Brad and Angelina are thought to have made the commitment to each other in part to please their children. They have been open about how much the kids have asked them why they aren't married, with Brad recently admitting it was becoming harder to come up with a valid reason not to wed.
