Randeep Hooda has become very famous after his recent films. While he has been in the industry for quite some time, he has just climbed the ladder of success with his grey role in Milan Luthria's film 'Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai' after which there was no looking back for him.

But there was a time in his life when neither his career nor his personal life were going well. Few years back he was in a steady relationship with former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen. They were dating for around three long years. But they broke up for reasons best known to them.

However, Randeep in his recent interview hinted that things were not working in the relationship. "I was not in a relationship with 'Miss Universe' and did not feel a sense of conquest in any way," said Randeep.

He revealed that his equation was strong with Sushmita's adopted daughter Renee. "The biggest part in my relationship with her over three years was my relationship with her daughter Renee," added Randeep.

But he regrets missing on things he loved just to compromise in his love life. "I missed only one theatre rehearsal in my life as Sushmita wanted me to not go. For me that has been the worst thing I've ever done in terms of my value system," he said.

Randeep had an ugly breakup, but he asserts that it was the best that could've happened. "The break-up was the best thing that happened to me. I had then realized that I gave it too much time in my life. Later I started doing things for myself," he concluded.

Currently, the actor is busy with 'Murder 3' and it is also heard that he has been roped in to co-star with Salman Khan in the film 'Kick'.
