Charlie Sheen: Selma Blair is special

25th January 2012

Charlie Sheen thinks Selma Blair is the "prettiest woman in Hollywood".

The actor is preparing to return to the small screen with his new show Anger Management, which will air in the summer.

He's been thinking about who he would like to share the experience with, and suggested Selma would be the perfect co-star.

"[Selma Blair] is a strong frontrunner. She's a very special lady and is as pretty as the day is long and has never really had the opportunity to do something where she can shine, because off camera she's hilarious," he told Access Hollywood.

"I think [she's] one of the prettiest women in Hollywood."

Charlie famously had a meltdown last year, during which he was sacked from his show Two and a Half Men and declared he had "tiger blood" running through his veins.

It caused problems in his relationships with his ex-wife Denise Richards, who he has daughters Sam, seven, and six-year-old Lola with.

They have been able to mend things and the whole group recently went on holiday together.

"It was fabulous. It was one of those trips that re-established what should have been in place a long time ago. But things happen when they're supposed to," Charlie explained.

"I came home with like a whole new family.

"She's really fabulous, best mom in the world. I'm like, Why did I leave her? Oh right, she left me!'"

The star is currently single, following his famed stint of living with two women.

The 46-year-old finds much of what happened last year hard to fathom. He spent time in rehab, gushed about how great it was to have two live-in partners dubbed his "two goddesses" and frequently claimed he was "winning" in his life. He also slammed many people he'd previously worked with and refused offers of help.

"Listen to this c**p! Did this really happen? It's so silly. It was an odyssey of, What was that?'" he mused. "I don't think that can happen again, but I own that whole experience. It was really kind of an elaborate lesson to remind me to basically stick to what you know."
