(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Chris Brown has parted company with his publicist, according to a new report.
The American singer hit the headlines this week after he allegedly smashed a window backstage on American television show Good Morning America, after becoming annoyed when he was asked about his ex-girlfriend Rihanna. The star was sentenced to five years probation and six months' community labour after he assaulted her in 2009, and also had to have domestic violence classes.
He was on the programme to talk about his new record F.A.M.E. and has since said he felt exploited by the interview as he thought he was there to discuss music, not his personal life.
He has apologised for the incident, but according to New York Post his professional relationship with publicist Tammy Brook has now ended.
Sources close to the star tell us she and Brown have decided to end their relationship following his meltdown on GMA. Brook couldn't be reached last night, reports the publication.
No further details are currently available.
Chris has admitted getting emotional about the interview. Although he kept his cool when being questioned he repeatedly tried to divert attention back to his album things apparently changed when he went backstage.
He is said to have started screaming in his dressing room, where he also reportedly threw a chair. The 21-year-old eventually left without wearing his shirt. (C) Cover Media
