(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Chris Evans has revealed his resolution for 2012 is to do "more yoga".
The Captain America star said that he wants to loosen up his muscles and become more flexible.
Chris says he has been trying to get into a routine for years, but in 2012 he is determined to practice the discipline more.
"I've had the same New Year's resolution for, like, a decade, but I really think I'm going to do it this year. I always say I should do more yoga," he told Details.
He puts his body through an intense workout to get his trim physique for movies. But he is worried about maintaining the muscle strength as he ages.
"We finished The Avengers back in September, and coming from Captain America right into The Avengers, essentially I felt like I'd been working out for over a year straight," he explained.
"I'm getting old. Nerves are getting pinched every other day, and I really just gotta get more limber."
The actor also revealed that he is preparing to indulge over the festive period.
He finds it very difficult to put on weight and can eat whatever he wants.
"When I am working out, diet doesn't really come into it. I have a pretty fast metabolism, so I don't really have to worry about getting pudgy," he smiled "What I try to do when I'm working out is take in a lot of heavy protein - clean chicken, clean meats." (C) Cover Media
