(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Christina Aguilera "has no patience" for catfights with other divas.

The Voice judge and pop songstress promoted the American version of the TV singing competition over the weekend.

Mariah Carey was recently appointed as panellist on American Idol and Britney Spears has been searching for new singers on her show The X Factor.

Although Christina and her two superstar colleagues will be battling for ratings on their mutual shows this fall, the Genie in a Bottle crooner has nothing but love for her peers.

"I welcome these very talented women," Christina told USA Today.

"You know this business, especially in my genre of pop, [people] pit us against one another and women against women and this and that. I'm not down for that. At this point in my life, I have no patience for it. So, I'm like, come in, the more the merrier."

Christina and Britney grew up performing together and the pair share a bond.

"I came up with Britney [on Disney's TV show] Mickey Mouse Club, we were very close," Christina said.

"I don't know what she's going to offer specifically, but I know she's a pro and she's going to give, I think, great advice." (C) Cover Media
