(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Taylor Swift is among the artists nominated at the 45th annual Country Music Awards.

The early nominations are in for the coveted music event and the chart-topping songstress is among the recognised artists, alongside Keith Urban and Blake Shelton.

Nominees have been announced in five categories, including Entertainer of the Year, during today's Good Morning America broadcast.

Taylor will battle it out with Blake, Keith, Jason Aldean and Brad Paisley for the top Entertainer category. Brad walked away with the coveted gong at last year's awards.

Nominees for Vocal Duo of the Year, Single of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year, Musical Event of the Year, Music Video of the Year and Musician of the Year, are yet to be released.

They will be announced at a press conference later today.

The Country Music Awards will air on ABC on November 9. It will be hosted for the fourth year in a row by Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley.
