Saif Ali Khan's upcoming home production 'Cocktail' is making waves for all the right reasons. From its sizzling-refreshing promos to its songs that are gaining popularity with each passing day, the film has got everything falling in place. 

But no film can stay away from controversy, and this one too has garnered an interesting piece of gossip. 

There is a buzz that the film 'Cocktail' that is directed by Homi Adjania is apparently inspired by a Spanish film 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona'. 

The upcoming Hindi film has an uncanny resemblance with the film that was helmed by critically acclaimed filmmaker Woody Allen and starred Hollywood biggies like Scarlet Johansson, Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem. 

The Spanish film too had a love triangle, where an estranged couple lived together as friends along with the male protagonist's new love interest. 

The plot sounds similar to 'Cocktail', which too is said to be a tale of three best friends whose lives are hit by the love storm. 

Though there has been no official claim yet, the strong buzz around the similarities is stirring up the 'Cocktail' with controversies.
