Conservative Hunting Lover, Ted Nugent, Pleads No Contest To Deer Baiting In California

18th August 2010

Washington, August 18, 2010 (Just Flashed): Ted Nugent happens to be a rather eminent guitarist, who stems from Detroit in Michigan. He had initially acquired famousness as the chief guitarist of 'The Amboy Dukes'. Nugent is passionately conservative and is recognized due to his traditionalist political standpoints. He has verbalized zealously his endorsement for hunting, conservation and revolver possession rights.

Nugent, however, has been in the limelight recently for unpleasant reasons. Patrick Foy happens to be the spokesperson of the California Department of Fish and Game. Foy had asserted that the game stewards there had witnessed Nugent slaughtering an undeveloped buck on an installment in February of his TV program that is titled, 'Spirit of the Wild.' The program is telecast on the Outdoor Channel.

The investigators of this slaughter deemed that the deer had been devouring the inducement referred to as 'C'mere Deer.' Enticing or baiting animals is unlawful in California.

Ted Nugent, in California, has now pleaded 'no contest' to enticing a deer and to not possessing a correctly signed hunting label. He, therefore, will have to shell out $1750, which is the economic penalty imposed on him.

Nugent, in the beginning, had to deal with 11 charges, one of which was massacring a deer too immature to be hunted. His legal representative, however, had firmed up an agreement with the prosecutors of the Yuba County on Friday. That led to Nugent executing 'no contest' pleas to the two abovementioned misdemeanors.
