(Cover) - EN Star Style - Dannii Minogue says a "crab-stick tan" isn't the best holiday look.

The Australian television personality has revealed her top tips for packing for a summer vacation. The stunning star, who is regularly praised for her elegant style and natural beauty, says women should leave their cosmetics at home and pack light.

The mom-of-one also believes sun cream is essential in providing protection for skin and also avoiding burning in the sun's rays.

"Less really is more, so only take your make-up and skincare essentials on holiday. For me, in addition to my daily must haves I use at home I always pack sun protection I hate getting burnt and a crab-stick' tan isn't a good look," she laughed in an interview with Health and Beauty magazine.

Dannii says walking by the sea is a real treat for her tresses. The TV star finds her locks are given an extra boost of volume on holiday so she rarely has to style them.

"Holidays can also be really useful: my hair's naturally quite flat, but it gets a real life with some sea air in it then I don't have to do much to it at all. A walk on the beach is my favourite kind of hair styling!" she laughed. (C) Cover Media
