Sanjay Leela Bhansali's dream project, 'Bajirao Mastani' has finally found its leading pair.

Bhansali, who has been planning this film since the last ten years is now a happy man.

Initially planned with Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan years ago, Bhansali had to put his dream project on hold due to Salman and Aishwarya's famous break-up.

However, the filmmaker has now signed the latest B-Town couple for this project - Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone.

Earlier, there were reports that Bhansali does not want to repeat Ranveer and Deepika's pairing as the two have already played lovers in 'Ram-Leela'. But looks like the director has changed his mind.

Deepika who had been finalized for Karan Johar's 'Shuddhi' had to choose between 'Shuddhi' and 'Bajirao Mastani'. As both the films are slated for a December 2015 release, Deepika had to pick one and sources confirm that the actress has chosen Bhansali over KJo.
