In recent times, many Bollywood actors and actresses have turned filmmakers. Actors like Priyanka Chopra, Anushka Sharma, Preity Zinta, Ranbir Kapoor, etc have launched their own production house.

They wanted to do something beyond acting and hence decided to make a move behind the camera. Similar are the intentions of the current reigning queen of Bollywood, Deepika Padukone.

The dimpled actress was present at the Mumbai film festival where she revealed that she has interests in those aspects of filmmaking which are beyond acting. She exclaims that she is interested in production but the bombshell stunned her listeners when she revealed the actual area of interest.

She isn't interested in either direction or finances but wants to help the production team to get the work done. She is more concerned about the production work which hardly ever gets acknowledgment.

Dippy further added things like getting tea-coffe ready for the crew, preparing the call sheets, etc. She says that if everyone contributes to this, the production team can wrap up in 8-10 hours like others and the efficiency of the whole team will be developed.

By going vocal about such a noble thought and intention, she proves why she is not only the queen of box office but also the hearts.
