'Edhir Neechal', Dhanush’s maiden venture as a producer is taking shape faster than anyone anticipated.

The film will have VJ turned actor Sivakarthikenyan in the lead role and will be directed by Manikandan, who was formerly Vetrimaraan’s associate. While Priya Anand will be playing a crucial role in the film, buzz is that Dhanshika too has been roped in to do an important role. 

Shooting of the film is expected to start soon. After wrapping up this film, Dhanush plans to kick off his next production venture in action that will be directed by his wife Aishwarya Dhanush. 

Dhanshika was eaarlier seen in films like 'Nil Gavani Selladhey' and 'Aravaan'.
