(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Drew Barrymore is reportedly engaged.

Us Weekly reports that the 36-year-old actress accepted her boyfriend Will Kopelman's proposal to wed while they vacationed in Sun Valley, Idaho over the holidays.

Drew's beau Will, a 34-year-old art consultant, is thought to be very clear about the importance of the couple's upcoming union.

"He's madly in love and knows she's The One," a source told the magazine.

Drew and Will, who have been dating since February of last year, have wanted to take their relationship to the next level for months.

"[They've been] yearning to get married and have kids," the source said. "[Will was planning to propose] around the one-year mark of their dating."

This will be Drew's third marriage.

She wed Welsh pub owner Jeremy Thomas in March 1994 and the couple filed for divorce one month later.

In July 2001 Drew married comedian Tom Green. She and Tom split in December of the same year.

In recent years Drew has also been romantically linked with actor Justin Long and The Strokes drummer Fabrizio Moretti. (C) Cover Media
