Not just one or two, Devi Sri Prasad is currently composing music for nine films simultaneously. Among them, seven are in Tollywood and two in Kollywood. Also, the music director is happy his work in the recently released 'Gabbar Singh' is being well appreciated.

'At present I am working in seven films in Tollywood and all of them have given me enough opportunity to give my best. In Tamil, I am composing music for Karthi starrer Alex Pandian and Suriya starrer Singam 2,' he says.

Interestingly, 'Singam 2' is a sequel to 'Suriya's earlier hit 'Singam', which was dubbed and released in Telugu as 'Yamudu'. And Devi Sri Prasad composed music for it. 'Working for Suriya and Karthi films are great experience,' he says.

D.S.P., who wrote the 'Pilla...' song in Gabbar Singh besides composing tunes for the whole album, says the response is so overwhelming. 'I am on top of the world. My joy knew no bounds. I feel like being on cloud nine,' says this happening musician.
