October 9, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Eva Longoria of Desperate Housewives fame will next be seen in the role of a host at the MTV European Music Awards, to be held in Spain in the month of November, this year. The event which takes place each year honors the worlds best stars in the music industry. The television actress is scheduled to leave for Spain early next month to take part in the proceedings which have already begun in the European country.

This is definitely an important achievement so early on in her career, and Eva Longoria cannot help but express her happiness on being able to be a part of such an extravagant event. When asked about what made her the happiest, Eva Longoria promptly replies that it is the thought that she will get to meet the likes of Lady Gaga and Katy Perry, who have been nominated in the best pop and best song categories respectively. And of course, the American actress is very excited in being a part of an event which will take place in the beautiful city of Madrid in Spain.

While most of her fans back in the United States will be eagerly waiting to watch their favorite desperate housewife, Eva Longoria is all excited to watch the various performances to be staged at the MTV European Music Awards. The event will be held at the Caja Magica in Madrid, Spain.
