Asin had never opted for skin shows throughout her career in Kollywood and even then managed to carry her person in elegance winning the hearts of fans. But her comeback in Kollywood doesn't seem to be a favorable scenario. The fans are more disappointed with her dull looks in Vijay's 'Kaavalan' that was released for Pongal. Previously, the pair Vijay-Asin sizzled in movies 'Sivakasi' and 'Pokkiri'. Although, 'Kaavalan' is a full-fledged romantic tale, the pair has failed to share good onscreen chemistry. It is worth mentioning that Asin was the first choice of Siddique for the female lead role opposite Dhilip in original version 'Bodyguard'. Later Nayanthara replaced Asin as the actress was busy shooting for Hindi movie 'Ready'. Indeed Nayan won Asianet Award in 'Best Actress' category for her spellbinding performance in 'Bodyguard'. We will have to wait and watch whether Asin can wipe out the records of Nayan.
