The Black Eyed Peas frontwoman married actor Josh back in 2009, although their hectic showbiz schedules often keep them apart.

The pair make it a priority to keep in touch when they're on the road, although advanced communication methods sometimes let them down.

"We use whatever works in the hotel room! Skype, iChat whichever one we can get going," she told the British edition of Cosmopolitan.

"Sometimes it takes us a little while: Are you hearing me? Can you see me now? I can hear you but I can't see you!'

"And once in a while we're like, Forget it, let's just talk on the phone the old-school way'."

Fergie is often the subject of pregnancy rumours, although the singer is keen to point out that she isn't expecting. That said, the star is adamant she'll become a mom one day.

"I'm a huge family person huge and yes, Josh and I want to have children, but I am not pregnant!" she smiled.

"But we definitely talk about it. That'll be a whole other chapter of our lives and it's going to be so much fun. We're looking forward to it!" (C) Cover Media
