Actor Suriya  is busy with his next release – ‘Maatran’ a film directed by K V Anand.

The film produced by AGS Entertainment is making brisk progress and is touted to be a big-budget action entertainer.

The film has Suriya and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead with music by Harris Jayaraj. The grapevine has it that more than 50 per cent of shooting for ‘Maatran’ has been completed.

The movie is being shot in Moscow among other places, with a major part of the shoot taking place in Chennai. It is said that there are plans to release the film in beginning of the summer of 2012, probably in April.
