A source said, the entire set of ABCD: Any Body Can Dance 2 was wrapped in fire. Fire broke out in Goregaon's Film city on February 26, 2015 at 4:30 pm when the stars of the film, Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor were rehearsing for Remo D'souza's dance film.

A report stated that the reason for the fire was a bulb which blew up in the ceiling and a butter paper stuck on it caught fire, sparkling off a short-circuit. Within few seconds, the set was engulfed in flames.

Fire brigade was called immediately however, till the time they reached the spot, the escalating fire gulped the whole set. But no one was injured.
