Bollywood actress Genelia D'Souza has been in the industry for more than a decade now. But after her marriage to long-time boyfriend Riteish Deshmukh, she took a sabbatical from work.

Now that she is enjoying motherhood and is also keen on making a comeback revelead the actress during an event.

In the meanwhile, she is very happy bringing up her first kid. "His giggle or smile fills me with energy and keeps me going all day, even when I'm actually exhausted.  Happy moms keep their children happy. You must look after yourself, so that when your child needs you, you can be there. I am up and about with Riaan when he's awake, playing and talking to him, which I think helps," she added.

Speaking about Riteish she said, "Riteish has always maintained that I can do what I want to. I had been working for 12 years without a break, so post the wedding, I was just enjoying myself. I'm ready to work now, but I haven't got any offers yet."
