Star parents like Aishwarya-Abhishek,SRK-Gauri, Aamir-Kiran or Imran-Avantika, they have all shared the joy of being a parent with their fans in recent times.

The latest to join this list are Genelia D'Souza and Riteish Deshmukh, who became proud parents to a baby boy recently. Last week Genelia gave birth to a baby boy through a normal delivery and now comes the news that the duo welcomed their first child home.

Both the mother and kid are hale and hearty, as they were discharged within a couple of days of delivery. As soon as Genelia was discharged she also took to Twitter to thank all her fans who wished them.

"Thank u all for all the wishes on the birth of Son.. @Riteishd n me couldn't thank ul enough for being w us all thru this period..," [sic] she wrote on Twitter.

She further stated as she has been a mother for the first time the whole experience has been completely magical.
