George Clooney is "glad" he decided to do a juice cleanse.

The actor is known for being one of the most handsome men in Hollywood and in an upcoming interview with talk show Person to Person he discloses what he is doing to stay that way.

George let the cameras into his Studio City, California, home for a rare tour and showed fans what his diet consists of.

"There is a lady that makes salads for me and some sort of a juice thing," he said showing off his neatly stacked glass fronted fridge.

"One of my New Year's resolutions was to eat better and to do one of those cleanses. Really glad I did that."

The Descendants star has lived in the 7,354 square foot mansion since 1995 which he bought for $2.2 million from singer Stevie Nicks.

But although he splits his time between Los Angeles and his luxury mansion in Lake Como, Italy, George is very clear on what is needed to really make a place feel like home.

"Well there's a big difference between a house and a home I think," he said. "A house is a place which you would live in but a home is where your family and friends are a part of.

"I have a basketball court here and people come and play basketball and it's just a fun place to be."

The home is where the handsome bachelor also spends a lot of time with current girlfriend Stacy Keibler.
