The Hollywood actress is famed for her fabulously toned body which she keeps in shape by regular exercise and a healthy diet.
Fitness guru Mandy Ingber who works with the actress - says there are ways to get a body like the star, although it requires hard work and dedication.
According to Mandy, the first two steps to re-creating Jennifers physique are to diet and train sensibly.
Theres no quick fix for a body like Jennifers, which has been sculpted over years, but a good diet helps, she said in an interview with Glamour magazine.
Mandy says yoga will also help women to stay in shape. She explained that Jennifer, 42, partakes in regular classes and also drinks water to help keep unnecessary hunger at bay.
