The Supreme Court has reportedly ordered bollywood actor Govinda to settle the dispute he has with Santosh Ray whom he had allegedly slapped in 2008.

Justices T.S.Thakur and V. Gopala Gowda said that they enjoyed Govinda's films a lot but could not tolerate him slapping somebody.

The High Court had previously quashed Ray's petition on the basis of lack of materialistic evidence on the criminal intimidation by the actor but then they got hold of a video clip which depicted the alleged act of violence against Ray.

The next hearing is on 9th February.
