Hansika Motwani has been roped in to play Dhanush's love interest in 'Sottavalakutty', a film to be directed by Sargunam of 'Kalavani' and 'Vaagai Sooda Va' fame.
Audiences remember enjoying Dhanush and Hansika as an on-screen couple for 'Mappillai'.
'Sottavalakutty' is a comedy caper that revolves around a youngster (Dhanush) who makes bronze lamps in Kumbakonam, falling in love with a dentist (Hansika).
Vamsikrishna dons the role of the villain in the film.
