(Cover) - EN Showbiz - Holly Madison has announced that she is adopting a child.

The 33-year-old seems to have found love again following her split from Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner in 2008.

But she told In Touch that she is prepared to go it alone in her bid to become a mother although she is not married yet.

"I've begun the adoption process," Holly told the publication adding that her busy schedule is partly to blame for the hold up in starting a family.

"I love performing in the theater, and you can't really do that when you're pregnant."

The blonde bombshell is using Hold My Hand adoption mentoring service to guide her through the lengthy procedure to bring a child home from Africa or South Korea.

Holly is currently dating Insomniac CEO Pasquale Rotella and told People last month that if she got pregnant tomorrow she would be "fine with it."

"I've wanted kids and that's something I'm definitely doing as soon as possible. It is something that the time in my life is right for," she said. (C) Cover Media
