The famous feud between the two stars has taken legal route now as it has been a subjudious matter of Defamation as per Hrithik Roshan. Earlier, the details of Hrithik Roshan's complaint against Kangana Ranaut which was submitted to the Mumbai Police's Cyber Crime Department in April this year have recently emerged.
The complaint is all about the 43-year-old actor who alleged Kangana on continuously stalking him. However, Kangana's lawyer still questions the timing of the complaint details getting `leaked'. According to Hrithik's lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani, Kangana sent a bunch of emails to Hrithik regularly since 2014, which is an avid case of cyberstalking. Late Monday, Hrithik's lawyers Jethmalani and his associate Gunjan Mangla said the complaint submitted to the Cyber Crime Department focused on the contents of these emails, a total number of around 1,400 emails.
In his complaint, Hrithik has alleged that most of the emails Kangana sent him appeared senseless, personal, and absurd.The complaint said the actor tried to ignore the emails for the longest time and did not respond to even a single one of them.
Yesterday, reacting to the development, Kangana's lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee also spoke about the on-going legal battle. Advocate Rizwan Siddiquee representing Ms. Ranaut states that the private complaint made by Mr. Hrithik Roshan which has been brought on record belatedly has now been perused, and in reply to the same my client only states that the sequence of events and the facts of the case speak for itself. If Mr. Hrithik really wants to clear his name and if this is the reason to bring the private complaint on record after six months, then he simply ought to answer the questions which were publicly put to him in April 2016, instead of using such diversionary tactics. Truth can easily be determined as the sequence of events and the facts of the matter cannot be changed by anyone.
Advocate Rizwan Siddiquee states that it is quite surprising to note that some electronic news channel is trying to create a media feeding frenzy, concerning an old police complaint which was filed by Mr. Hrithik Roshan sometime early in the year 2016, to miserably create a fresh story and get TRP's for their channel.
Be as it may, I want to clarify to other electronic media channels and other print publications that the said old police complaint concerning an imposter which was filed by Mr. Hrithik Roshan has been dealt with by my client, as per the legal procedure provided.
Also all others should not get confused by the random and out of context questions that may be miserably raised by the channel for obvious reasons. All answers to the questions are available on public platform since early 2016 and it is not prudent on the part of my client to repeat the same things all over again.
If Mr. Hrithik really wants to clear his name then he has to simply answer the questions which were publicly put to him at that stage. The said unanswered questions are also available on public domain since April 2016.
