'Nayantara's conversion as a Hindu is her personal affair. I don't want to comment on it', said STR aka Simbu aka Silambarasan, when asked about the recent act of his 'ex-girlfriend'.

'Everyone in this country has the liberty to follow a religion of their own. When Nayantara herself need not explain on her decision, why should I comment on it,' asked the actor-director.

On his forthcoming film Osthi, he said, 'Director Dharani has made certain changes to the original script, Dabangg, and made the screenplay more racy and taut. I am happy to be part of it.'

Talking about his other project, Vettai Mannan, Simbu says, 'It is a stylish gangster story. Jai is the other protagonist of the project and we both are having a whale of time on the sets of Vettai Mannan.' Meanwhile, buzz is that STR would soon re-start his long pending project Kettavan.
