The long prevailing friendship between filmmaker Karan Johar and Shah Rukh Khan has not been unknown to the world. Both have been best of friends for two decades now and continue to be each other's support machine every single time.

Though Karan has always tagged Yash Raj head honcho Aditya Chopra as his mentor, he accredited SRK for teaching him quite a few lessons as well. 

"One of the most intelligent minds in the business is Shah Rukh Khan and I think one of the most emotionally intelligent men is Shah Rukh Khan and I have learned little life lessons from him," he said. 

When asked to elaborate, he said, "I have learned a lot from Shah Rukh. In fact, spiritually, emotionally, the kind of person he is. So I have imbibed a lot of his qualities and I am doing it till now. I am going to learn a lot more from him."
